Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your boots. If they’re not the right fit, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below:
Returns or exchanges must be made within
14 days of delivery Boots must be in
original condition with minimum wear on the soles. Items must be returned in the original box and you must have proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or an exchange will be processed, based on your preference.
